What's Next?

You have qualified for a testing needs assessment with a physician via telemedicine consult.

Stay near your phone! A physician will be calling or texting you soon at the number you provided (). The physician will review your current conditions with you to determine if diagnostic testing is necessary. Physician's are available between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Patient consult requests will be handled in the order received.

Upon physician approval, a test kit will be shipped to the address you provided for you to complete and return.

Return your sample with the overnight shipping label provided. Test results will be available in 24-72 hours. You will be contacted should your test come back positive.
